FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. All of my ceramics are handmade and hand-painted by me in small batches. Because of this, each piece is one of a kind and may show slight variations in color, shape, or detail. These differences are part of what make handmade work special.

Are your ceramics food safe?

Yes. All functional ceramic pieces are glazed with food-safe glazes and fired properly for everyday use, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

How should I care for my ceramic pieces?

I recommend handwashing all ceramics, especially mugs and pieces with sculptural details.
Some mugs and vessels include hand-sculpted elements that can be more delicate, and handwashing helps preserve the artwork and extend its life.

Are your mugs dishwasher or microwave safe?

While many of my pieces can technically handle gentle dishwasher or microwave use, handwashing is strongly recommended, particularly for mugs with sculpted details. Repeated dishwasher use may shorten the life of the artwork over time.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Because each piece is handmade and hand-painted, no two items are exactly alike. Your piece will be very similar to the one shown, but slight variations in brushwork, glaze flow, and form are normal and expected.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically shipped within the timeframe listed in each product description. Please note that shipping times may vary during shop updates, holidays, or busy seasons.

Do you offer custom or commissioned work?

At this time, I offer limited custom work. If commissions are open, details will be shared on my website or Instagram. You’re always welcome to reach out to inquire.

Where do you ship?

I currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly noted.
